MAT PILATES GROUP CLASSES

These classes are about more than just getting a good sweat in. Every class will be a unique workout designed to help strengthen your body, improve your flexibility, and create better alignment in your body. If your goal is to get stronger, move around more easily in your daily life, improve aches and pains, and/or build core strength, then this 45 minute class will be a great option for you.

Located in Washington DC, The Line Method uses movement as a tool to create physical, mental, and emotional realignment.

By blending methods that focus on creating strength, mobility, stability, and recovery – our method encompasses a holistic, sustainable approach to movement will help you create a strong, mobile body.
