Each class incorporates a strength cycle where you learn the lift, get stronger, and improve each week…you will surprise yourself when you are stronger in just a few short weeks. End class with a 15:00 full-body, high-intensity StrongCircuit where through a variety of movements, you challenge yourself, get faster, more powerful, more coordinated, but most of all STRONGER!
